Facilities Operations Coordinator

About the role

This role helps keep service delivery organized, responsive, and visible. You will coordinate routines, follow up on operational actions, and help ensure daily FM delivery stays aligned with client expectations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily work plans with supervisors and field teams.
• Track open operational tasks and support timely closure.
• Maintain issue logs, escalation updates, and service follow-up records.
• Support reporting routines and client communication touchpoints.

Requirements

• Experience in facilities, operations, or service coordination.
• Strong organizational and follow-through skills.
• Comfortable with reporting tools and task tracking systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced service environment.
